Allegation's Of Rigging, A Mere Face Saving Or A Reality ??

Allegation's Of Rigging, A Mere Face Saving Or A Reality??

It's a total disgrace and ignominy how few ignorant and clueless souls trying to pollute and scandalise the political acumen and good judgement of people in Pakistan, they came out in million's despite threats of bombings and target killings in different parts of Pakistan. They came out, their verdict was very assertive, clear, giving absolute mandate to different parties in different Provinces and in Centre as well. Election Commission Of Pakistan led by "Fakhar-U-Din G Abrahim" did a remarkable job and made a very sincere and honest effort to make these Elections historic and clean, they pretty much achieved their goal and delivered on their promise. While Pakistani Army, Judiciary and Care Taker Government must be credited for assisting Election Commission of Pakistan for achieving their set milestone. But as we witnessed in past, print and electronic media was flooded with allegations of rigging, but most interesting and funny part is,  these allegations  are directed to areas where they lost the Elections by thousands of votes but places where they won, supposedly GE were very clean and beyond any doubt,  really "defy the logic". Now let us find out if there is any truth to these allegations, mud slinging on "Election Commission Of Pakistan" and in few cases on "Honourable Judiciary" by Parties especially "Change Agents" who think they have been robbed off a thumbing victory by a corrupt and crumbling system of Pakistan??.

1) History was re-written in Pakistan regarding Care Taker Set ups, we have seen in past puppets serving the masters in Care Takers Set ups and obeying their commands who be the next Prime Minster of Pakistan. King Makers decided much before the GE who was the chosen one, just look at 2008 GE when an NRO between Dictator Mushraf and Benazir Led PPP paved the way for their Government in 2008 . But this time round after historic Amendments in Constitution, independent care takers were placed and irony of the matter is, not a single one proposed by PMLN was able to run the show but rather it was PPP proposed choices were selected in all the provinces and in Federal Government. In Sindh we saw some funny things happen, MQM who remained part of the PPP led collision came out of that coalition just a fort night before GE and manipulated the system in its favour and selected "Dare I Say" the care takers of their choice. Only Punjab witnessed massive Administrative reshuffle from a Patwari to Chief Secretary which infect is a good precedent but others provinces and Federal Government failed to do that, So question must be asked who is the beneficiary, PMLN or Others??.

Voter Travelling Miles to use their right

2) After amendments in constitution, procedure was laid for an Independent Election Commission led by an Independent Chief Election Commissioner and Provisional Election Commissioners. If we look into the history, hardly any body can doubt or raise finger at Chief Election Commissioner, ironically he was elected unanimously by Government, Opposition and Parties sitting out side the Parliament as well. So why suddenly every one targeting him and Election Commission for their defeats in GE??. Even their guns started to  blaze towards Judiciary after their pleas of rigging were denied on many accounts and unavailability of sufficient evidence provided. May be these losing Old horses wanted a puppet GE as we witnessed in 2002 and  2008 when they were able to win and find a place in the Parliament but under this EC many Big Guns failed to reach the Parliament and close to 100 new Parliamentarian were able to win in this GE and close to 25 big families were eliminated from Electoral process which was hostage to them for decades.

3) Hectic efforts were made on part of Supreme Court of Pakistan and Election Commission Of Pakistan to get things right regarding bogus voter lists. Millions of bogus votes were eliminated and millions new voters added to the list. Computerised voter list's with voters name and picture printed on it was ensured. All the credit and applause to SC and EC of Pakistan on this historic effort and clear thinking as far as the importance of voter list was concerned.

4) Now more than 80,000 Polling Stations, with 4-6 Polling Booths in each Polling Station were established and over half a million staff recruited from different Government Departments to manage this mega activity. Only few hundred Polling Stations were declared rigged  from different quarters. Similarly European Union Observer's, American Organisation's, HRCP, Fafen ( Close to 47,000 volunteers on grounds), ten to eleven International Organisations and many local witnessed history unfolding and declared this GE one of the most transparent and unique in Pakistan history.  Just imagine the scale of Election activity and at the same time imagine the minute nature of complaints filed, you will get the whole picture, stupidity and motives of few useless creatures .

5) The Election process was very simple, hardly any room for rigging, manipulations except at local level and at places where candidate was very influential and opposing candidate was very weak, at the same time constituency was situated in a remote area. Having said all this I still feel it was very difficult task to rig the constituency completely, because in our land of pures there is hardly any party not equipped with feudal, Land Lords, Business Tycoons etc. In cities it became next to impossible to rig the Elections with Strong presence of Media as well. With changing demographics of Pakistan the Village and City distinction has been eliminated with every passing day. Finally most important point to ponder here, on every Polling Stations a Polling Agent was designated by every party. Imran Khan PTI who is complaining the most, promised the Nation that his "Tabdeli Razakar's" will be present on every Polling Station on Election Day and will thwart any efforts of rigging. But as Media reports suggest there were many Polling Stations in Lahore where they did not see any "Tabdeli Razaka'rs" leave alone the remote areas. So whether Imran Khan PTI failed to mobilise his voter's on Polling day or it was a myth that  they have "10 Million registered Members" or the Elections were very transparent??.

6) Another very false narrative regarding recounting is in the air that recounting means rigging and recounting on seats will lead to winning of candidates. Again Imran Khan PTI is very vocal about recounting and staging sit-ins in different cities for his demands. Already done in different constituencies, it hardly effected and changed the original results except few here and there where victory margin was very few hundred votes. As Election Commission Of Pakistan has already conceded to this demand and is in the process of installing a soft ware with the help of Nadra to recount in different constituencies with the help of Thumb Imprints that will settle down all the ambiguities and fog surrounding these Elections. Similarly EC took a bold stance in Karachi, where re-polling was held and PTI emerged as winner, this happened despite stiff opposition from MQM. But despite reassurances from Election Commission, threats of violent protests were continuing from Imran Khan PTI and a sit in  was staged in Islamabad. Imran Khan PTI must end these rhetorical politics, yes we know he had given the dream of a clean sweep, Naya Pakistan to his supporters and disgruntled youth but now it is his responsibility to lead this youth because PTI as a Party has achieved humongous success, if for a minute he and his party comes out of their Tsunami Phenomenon.  Lets ditch politics of hatred and sit-ins, lets leave politics of creating fake Social Media accounts, fake colons to build opinions in favour of sit-ins because people of Pakistan have clearly shown  they have become much wiser, smarter and lets not challenge their political prudence and astuteness.

                                                              D-Chowk Sit In By PTI

7) Another very interesting fact regarding this 2013 GE is that PMLN won big in Punjab, their victory margin on majority of seats was huge and on many humongous. They won comfortably and the seats they lost, the margin was very thin and minimal. So if recounting with Thumb impression happens on 25 proposed seats it might benefit PMLN and back fire on PTI big time. Imran Khan PTI giving reassurance to his followers that high turn out and elimination of bogus votes will only benefit PTI was purely an assumption on his part. Because bogus votes in recent history were purely created to target PMLN and eliminate Nawaz Sharif from electoral politics. As we all have seen, a turn out of 60% in Punjab and 11 million new votes polled mostly  favoured PMLN and PMLN was able to get big chunk of it. Turn out in KPK was reasonably good but not as good as it was in Punjab that is why we see a spilt mandate and PTI emerging as the front runner but not with absolute majority. PMLN emerging as the biggest party with 14.8 million plus votes, PTI a distant second with 7.6 million, PPP third with 6.8 million and Independents astonishing 5 million plus. PTI getting more votes in KPK and Karachi but unfortunately getting votes in Karachi didn't serve well and winning only one NA seat.

8) Finally huge responsibly on Pakistani Media, few of the anchors trying to create a false impression of a rigged Elections, raising some serious allegations on Chief Election Commissioner and Even on Judicial System of Pakistan. May be their ego was hit hard and their judgement regarding "Tsunami" got a serious beating  but this behaviour of accusations, false opinions must immediately end and yes if they have got some proofs regarding rigging, lets present them to Election Tribunals which already have started working. I be finishing my read by quoting a great leader who laid foundation of a War torn country into a Super Power,  "Abraham Lincoln", America will never be destroyed from outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves". Similar is the case with us, we a  Nuclear Pakistan need to get our house in order, get mature, have open and flexible mind. learn to tolerate and accept defeat. A democratic Pakistan will excel for sure.

GE 2013: Winner's And Loser's

                                                    GE 2013: Winner's And The Loser's

It's truly remarkable and heartening to see million's of Pakistani's against all odds, coming out of their home's and voting for a better Pakistan. Despite the fact there were all sorts of rumours and theories that TTP might sabotage these GE with a series of bombing attacks in different parts of Pakistan and they may even target the leadership of different parties, leading to  Poll delay. But full marks to parties Leadership who stood the test, especially ANP must be credited, numerous attacks on their leadership and close to 63  workers were  martyred  but they refused to bow down to terrorist threats. At the same time people of Pakistan need a standing aviation for their resounding bravery and commitment to Democracy, they came out and voted for their future. Having said all this, lets find out the winner's and loser's of GE 2013.

                                            Winners
                                                            1) Nawaz Sharif PMLN

                                                            2) Imran Khan PTI

                                            Losers
                                                            1) Pakistan Peoples Party And Allies

                                                            2) Pakistan Media

Winners
                1) PMLN.  Nawaz Sharif PMLN  has literally  stunned many pundits sitting in their cosy drawing rooms and air-conditioned studios, it seemed PMLN had that connection at gross root level while all the pundits and elite remained disconnected, which in my opinion led to their historic success, infect giving them simple majority, which coincidentally taken last time by PMLN in 1997 GE, no other party could claim the same feat, even the might of Dictator Mushraf wasn't able to win simple majority for his pawns PMLQ in 2002 GE. I kept on repeating in my previous reads that PMLN is all set to regain its lost glory, my opinion was based upon my experience working in periphery and interacting with people from different

                                                       Nawaz Sharif Victory Speech

constituencies and majority won by PMLQ and PPP in last GE. As I always maintained that these GE will be performance based in Punjab and rhetoric's wouldn't work here. PMLN was fortunate enough that they had Shahbaz Sharif at the helm of affairs and he very wisely whithered Imran Khan post 30 October onslaught. Did some astonishing work in Punjab in all fields and targeting the youth as well, leading to broadening of PMLN vote base in addition to traditional Muslim League moderate right wing vote base that in the end proved enough. Nawaz Sharif towering personality and statesman like attitude helped PMLN as well, who reached out to disgruntled PMLN voters and lured them back. Nawaz Sharif resisted the Mantra of so called pundits that NS playing a role of friendly opposition is going to cost PMLN drearily and a defeat in GE but Nawaz Sharif trust in political wisdom of people and his commitment to Democracy paid off. If you look closely in Punjab its not PTI who performed badly rather its PMLN who performed exceptionally well, they out manoeuvred and out smarted their opponents through its performance in Punjab that played a pivotal role in thumbing victory.

              2) Imran Khan PTI. One must give credit and huge applause to Imran Khan PTI to emerge as a force in this GE, infect in terms of votes becoming the second largest party after PMLN and missing by few seats to PPP becoming the second largest party in terms of NA seats. Imran Khan PTI tsunami hit KPK and was able to win more seats than any other party, though failing to get simple majority but PMLN respecting PTI mandate and asking PTI to form the Government in KPK. Imran Khan was able to bring out that crowd which never voted before in Pakistan and gave them hope of a Naya Pakistan. He was able to energise the disgruntled youth but the real challenge begins now. Imran Khan and support base need to act responsibly because it was a race between two parties and at the end of the day, one party came out clean winner. Now allegations of rigging and stealing their mandate must end, yes we agree youth is disappointed they wanted to win desperately but they must understand there are millions who voted against them. PTI should immediately form Government in KPK and start performing as this GE proved that next GE will be even more Performance  and Party based, if PMLN failed, PTI is surely a Government in waiting but if PTI failed on its commitments made by Imran Khan during his Election campaign, PTI wouldn't get a second chance.

Imran Khan Video Message After GE
Losers
            1) Pakistan Peoples Party And Allies PPP deserve no mercy and very rightly people of Pakistan have shown no mercy as well, litrely wiping them out in three Provinces and restricted them to Interior Sindh. Some might argue that worst happened to PPP in 1997 GE but PPP  was able to rejuvenate, came back strongly in 2002 GE and able to form Government in 2007-08 GE. We must understand, PPP was blessed with Mohtarama Benazir's towering personality, she provided the leadership and  her tragic assassination in 2007-08 GE  led PPP to victory. With leadership crisis and support base shifting  to Imran Khan it looked very bleak indeed for PPP. Their victory in Sindh, is not because of PPP performance but Sindhi's eternal love to Bhutto's and secondly Media failed again to portray the huge achievement of PML-F, which for the first time after a long time posed a challenge to PPP and in many constituencies went neck to neck and PPP vote bank suffered a jolt , it was not a smooth sailing after all. Similarly ANP being wiped out of KPK by PTI but as a neutral  observer we must accept that ANP went into GE with their hands tied down, threats of bombings, killings of their workers, still fought bravely and accepted their defeat like honourable men as well. MQM challenged by PTI and other forces in Karachi, it is very likely, if they do not perform, will be eliminated in next GE  because people of Karachi look to be fed up with nonsense and in PTI they too have  an alternative. Again PTI emerged as the second largest party of Karachi in terms of votes. It is very clear if PPP and MQM do not mend their ways its looks they have their last term in office.

                                                In Hospital After Brother's Assassination

          2) Pakistan Media Finally Electronic Media suffered a set back and credibility crisis. Their assessment of PTI eating up PMLN vote base leading to a hung Parliament, few even made people to believe that PTI tsunami was ready to wipe out PMLN and Imran Khan was all set to lead the Nation. Few were of the opinion that PTI is going to eat away PMLN vote bank and bring Zardari Regime back. There is nothing wrong to make pre-election assessment but what is disappointing, the way they tried to impose it, were completely disconnected at gross root level. They romanticism with PTI reached the limits in the last few weeks of GE campaign it was a one way traffic in PTI favour, Even that unfortunate incident Imran Khan suffered just before GE, was dipicted as a tragedy and tried to creat a sympathy wave in PTIs favour. Let me quote an example here,   "Four suited Booted Analyst sitting in an Air Conditioned Studio talking to their Faislabad Bureuo Chief, asking him about party position there: Bureau Chief replied that PMLN was a clear winner  on six seats while on four NA seats there was a competition between PMLN and PPP, PMLQ alliance: Analyst sitting in Studio, you are talking nonsense, I just talked to my sources on phone, they all  said PTI was going to clean sweep from there".

Similarly the International surveys were ridiculed in Social  and Electronic Media by many and declaring them Raiwind Based. Last survey just before the Election carried out by "Gallup"  depicted PMLN a clear winner. According to survey PMLN will win 114-115 seats, PTI 25-30 seats, PPP 40-45 but unfortunately 'Gillani" sahib head of Gallup was declared pro PMLN by many and Media  rejected the surveys out rightly, which by the way proved very accurate in the end with the exception  of PPP getting less seats.

                                                    PMLN worker's celebrating victory
Now GE are over and people of Pakistan gave their verdict loud and clear, European Union Observer's, American Overseer's and close to ten other International Observer's plus HRCP declaring these GE historic and cleanest in Pakistan history with few glitches at local level and in Karachi where people were denied their rights's at many places. But what can you say about those who in PMLN hatred have gone too far and are bent upon  to declare these GE rigged and result of NRO 2 between PMLN,  and International Establishment. Some are twisting fact's that how come Mian Nawaz Sharif declared himself winner in mid night "victory speech", while result's were still coming, for those ignorant souls it was almost done and dusted affair by mid night, PMLN was comfortably ahead on more than 100 plus seats and close contest was going, on 15-20 seats where PMLN was leading as well. For Example in Gujranawala Division PMLN won by 8 PM, had grabbed all seats except Pervaiz Ellahi constituency where a close contest was going on, otherwise PMLN was leading by thousands and thousands of votes. Similarly few declared that recounting means rigging , how naive they are because recounting is part of  every GE where victory margins are very thin but it doesn't help where defeat is huge.

Now responsibility rest on Imran Khan to guide this youth and accept these results gracefully and act like a responsible opposition because they had unprecedented success, if they have any  reservation's on some seats, take constitutional course because after 18th amendment the system has become very transparent and quick justice is ensured. PTI and Imran Khan must get out of "Balla, Phanta" mode and start acting responsibly because people of KPK  have  put their trust in his wisdom and abilities, he must focus on Uniform Education system in KPK, End corruption in 90 days, Local Body System, step towards ending Drone strikes etc as he promised  in his pre-election campaign. Finally Imran Khan must restrain his youth, who were running campaign against their opponents on Social Media through fake accounts,  articles and even fake videos regarding rigged Polls in Punjab.

PTI Lahore Dharna On alleged Rigging

Media must take it as a learning curve and should not act as King Maker, rather put things in perspective and provide level playing field to every one because they kept on harping for five years that Dannish School, Metro, lap top's, hospital's, colleges, Schools, Education Endowment Fund, Infrastructure, Model Police Station, Computerised Land Reforms, Computerised Education System and Criminally neglecting reforms in Primary School System, Sasti Roti, Ujala Scheme, Computerised labs, running Punajb with few Ministries, Ashiana Housing, Distribution of five marla plots, Giving rights to Kachi Abadi's etc do not matter but in the end people gave their verdict that these things do matter.

My Rebuttle: Imran Khan Accusition's Against Shahbaz Sharif Led Punjab Government

My Rebuttle: Imran Khan Accusitions Against Shahbaz Sharif Led Punjab Government

What is disheartening and discouraging indeed, a party which raised the slogan of change and promised something different from old Poll Parties, is actually involved in mud slinging against its opponents. But few of their Leader Imran Khans allegation's  must be answered because they are completely false and immaterial to what  happened in last five yrs of Shahbaz Sharif led Punjab Government. Few of the allegations as follow are, 1) Shahbaz Sharif used development funds in Lahore while ignoring less developed area's and important sector's like health, education were ignored and priorities were not right. 2) Imran Khan promised to change the existing Land Revenue System with new one while blaming Shahbaz Sharif's inability to do that in his term of office, infect blamed Shahbaz Sharif to harness corruption to win 2013 GE through this "Patwar System". 3) PTI manifesto declaring that PTI coming Government will be run with few Ministers, adviser's and simplicity will be the key while Imran Khan blamed Shahbaz Sharif  who failed to do that. 4) Imran Khan allegation that PMLN ruled this country for 25 years, so why they want another chance or what change they may be able to bring which they couldn't  bring during their tenure's. 5) Finally declaring why SS failed to produce it's own Power??, while spending big on Metro and other Infrastructure project's.  Now let's dissect point by point where Imran Khan went wrong .

Imran Khan allegation that Lahore was preferred while rest of Punjab was ignored, is not correct rather a complete ignorance on his part from ground realities. Contrary to popular belief, Health and Education remained the key focus of Shahbaz Sharif. Giving you a rough idea when Shahbaz Shahrif took over, the Health Budget was a mere 6-7 billion rupees and during SS tenure it rose to a remarkable level of 85 billion, roughly 10.5% of total Punjab budget. Similarly Education Budget was a meagre 20-21 billion rupees when SS took over and it achieved new height's and reached 185 billion which is 25% of total Punjab Budget. Thing's do not end here when Shahbaz Sharif took over, Southern Punjab the most neglected part of Punjab where many Makhdoom's, Sardar's ruled and remained in Power corridor's but failed to improve it's fortune, SS took it's budget from a meagre 11-12% in Pervaiz Ellahi era to a staggering 32% in 2012-13 budget and close to 290 billion were spent in last five years on Southern Punjab Infrastructure. So where we find Shahbaz Sharif went wrong??. Now  let me quote few examples which might change the health and education land scape of this country in coming decades.

1) Comprehensive primary Education has been introduced with the help of "UK department For International Development" (DFID). "Sir Micheal Barber" a highly respected educationist, explained the story of Punjab education reform programme, calling it "Punjab School Reforms Road map". Most of the 36 districts in Punjab have made significant inroads and progress regarding Education, infect 31 districts now have  more than 90% enrolment in schools at Primary level. He says, teachers presence is far more higher in Punjab then rest of Pakistan, even higher among 22 countries supported by UK Department Of International Development (DFID). Under this programme, a massive 1.5 million new children were enrolled in schools and close to 81,000 new teachers have been hired. Punjab Government with the help of UK Government is running the largest Voucher scheme in the World, close to 14,0000 students are benefiting. Under the scheme, all the families who enrol their children in schools would get a sum of 15 US Dollars. According to "Sir Micheal Barber" number is increasing and programme will add a further 5,0000 to 80,000 students in next 18 months. These achievements according to him are largely due to better management and Governance in Punjab compared to rest of Pakistan and 22 other countries. World Bank President "Jim Yong Kim' lauded the Punjab Government for this historical achievement and reassured the Government Of Punjab of it's continuous assistance. 2) Similarly four new Women Universities  , Five New Medical Colleges , number of new Hospital's like Rawalpindi, Lahore, Behawalpur, Sargodha etc, State of the art "IT University" first of its kind in Pakistan established in Lahore, Danish schools were established across Punjab, School's in remote and less developed area's, University in Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sub Campuses of Universities in many cities. Prime Land in Lahore was allotted to many Universities for their campuses, this Land was rescued from Land Grabber's. More than 70 new colleges , similarly IT labs in more than 4000 Higher Secondary School's across Punjab etc.

Punjab Land reforms "LRMIS" were introduced, a major source of corruption and nepotism in Punjab, the old system of Sher Shah Suri had become  too powerful and deep rooted, which had put the whole system hostage to "Patwar Mafia'. Shahbaz Shahrif took a very bold decision to computerised the whole record despite severe resistance and threat's of a political back lash but went ahead with the plan. This is a 10 billion World Bank funded plan already being implemented in 26 Districts and data entry in other 12 district's going on. To further strengthen the system and lay foundation of a new dawn "Shahbaz Shahrif Citizen Feedback System" was launched to tackle corruption in key department's of Punjab like Health, Police, LDA, WASA, Revenue and LRMIS. This is a very simple system when a person goes to these department's the office
record of that person along with his transaction detail's will pass on to the local officer and call centre. This is an integrated system and all data goes to head office Lahore. Some days latter, the person would receive a random call regarding his experience in Government Department and any inconvenience or did he had to bribe anyone during his visit. This programme was conceived by a young Jhang DCO and implemented by Shahbaz Sharif in Punjab with the help of World Bank, Infect World Bank awarded it's prestigious 2011 innovation fund prize to this person,  system has already started working in many districts and close to a million have already benefited from it. World Bank is planning to use this model in many countries

PTI has included in it's Manifesto a thin Cabinet and promised to cut down the expenses in running of the Government, while Imran Khan has been a strong critic of Shahbaz Sharif in this regard that he wanted to be the most powerful person and did not want to share his power's  and ran the Province like a Kingdom. It must be understood clearly that big countries and economies, like China, India are Governed by few Ministries, to be more precise India with 22 and China with 27. Now important part is austerity measure's and cutting down expenditure's. Shahbaz Shahrif never took his pay in last five years rather  donated to a Hospital. Never took his Medical expenditure's as Chief executive despite being entitled and even his travel abroad on official visits cost Punjab Government few million rupees . Shahbaz Sharif according to Umer Cheema report on Income Tax was the highest tax payer in Punjab Assembly, paying more than 5 million rupees of income Tax.

Imran Khan declared Metro Bus system a project worth 70 billion rupees and a complete wastage of money,  this money must have been spent on health and education. I completely disagree with this notion , as explained earlier Health and Education were for the first time in Punjab 65 year history given due priority and allocated enough funds. Coming back to Metro, close to 1,20,000 people are already travelling daily on this system and Lahore being the Economic Hub of Punjab was preferred. Lahore contribution to National Exchequer in term's of GDP is close to 10-11%, its total population has exceeded 10 million, growing at a robust pace of 5-5.5%

despite severe economic crunch. So 30-40 million travelling yearly and reducing travelling time from 4 hour to 45 minute's, saving million's of liter's of fuel yearly and hundred's of lives' saved due to safe travel, finally big chunk of money coming as foreign direct investment by Turkey. Similarly an Air Conditioned Bus System introduced in other big cities of Punjab like Multan, Behawalpur, Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala etc so its not fair to say only Lahore was preferred.

Imran Khan rhetoric that PMLN ruled Pakistan for 25 year's and so they don't deserve another chance is just baffling and mind boggling as I went through Pakistani history I could  find PMLN ruling the Federal Government twice, once in 6 November 1990 to 18 July 1993 and secondly from 17 February 1997 to 12 October 1999, both time's Bosses interfered, directly or indirectly. Yes if IK talking about Punjab then Imran must appreciate the fact that Provinces had limited power's and resources till 18th amendment, still if you look around every Pakistani must appreciate this fact that Punjab as a Province is miles ahead of other province's, which is actually unfortunate and creating a sense of deprivation among other Provinces.

Finally, Imran Khan declaring Shahbaz Sharif led Punjab Government the real villain for massive Power failure's in Punjab because according to him after 18th amendment, the Provinces got the right to produce it's own Electricity. How on earth one can blame SS for this, 18th amendment was passed late in 2010 and  a Power Project  takes 30 to 48 month to complete , You need sovereign guarantees to deal with International organisation's, Tunsa Project in Punjab with Chinese Firm is a glaring example where Federal Government failed to give a guarantee , why Imran never talks about Chechoon Ki Maliyan and Nandi Pur Power project's where Punjab has been robbed off close to 1000 megawatts of energy due to Federal Government incompetence and targeted negligence against SS led Punjab Government, how on earth spending  30 billion Metro will get rid of Power Crisis. Finally one must appreciate the fact, that according to expert's Pakistan already has enough Power but it's mismanagement and corruption on Federal Government's part that is the major reason of current Power crisis, issues like circular debt climbing upto 800 billion rupees, power theft and line loses in PPP administered Provinces etc.
